The rooms are okay sized so theyre just enough for two people, windows are big which let lots of sunlight in and make the room feel bigger, temperature of the room always stays at 70-72F no matter how cold/hot it is outside, the room is a square shape so it offers some customization to furniture layout. You have tabler lawn and tabler courts if you want to go out and play some sports. Tabler center is nearby if you want to study, reserve a music room for practice, go to esports club, or go to the freewheel bicycle club to claim a free bike or fix a bike. Community is very music and event focused (our building motto is literally "stay jazzy") and especially for music majors can be a good community to live in and also show your skills/perform. Overall, very comfortable place to live and if you have a bike it becomes one of the better dorms on campus as how far it is doesn't apply to you.

Pros

1) There is HELLA parking space at tabler, like the amount of cars that we can fit here is actually crazy 2) Air always smells really good and clean here because of all the nature surrounding tabler 3) If you are a passionate biker or mountain biker, the dirt hill is really fun to bomb and the ashley schiff preserve is right there too.

Cons

1) Kinda small bathroom and low sinks but its manageable 2) Obviously farther walk than Roth, but I calculated it and its only 5-8 minutes longer than Roth which isn't even that bad. As long as you bring some form of transporation like a bike or scooter, you getting to your class in less than 5 minutes because its all downhill (ez 20-25 mph) 3) Falls under location con too but only close by food isroth cafe 4) Walls between the bedrooms in the suite are a bit thin so loud suitemates can be an issue 5) Haven't found this to be a big issue but there can be some bugs especially when it gets warmer but we live near a forest area so it can't be helped. Not too many occurrences of bugs though
