The dorms are really nice and overall I had 0 maintenance problems. The bathrooms are large and spacious. The balcony is a nice amenity to have. The issue is largely with the laundry room. Most of the machines are broken or have a lot of issues. The study lounges are pretty dirty. It is one of the only halls in Kelly with a hall council so there are a lot of events hosted here which makes it easier to make friends. It’s also the closest to the LIRR. Overall I had a peaceful time here but I wouldn’t want to live here again.

Pros

The size of the suites and the bathrooms. The L shaped dorms allow you to have more privacy. The open study lounge concept is also really nice.

Cons

The laundry room is probably the worst in the quad. Also the smell of weed every other night is pretty unpleasant. (lots of people smoke on the balconies)
