If you're in the Honors College, this is the best freshman dorm! Specifically, I had a vinyl floor, and I would definitely recommend that over carpet. Make sure to get involved with your building.

Overall, it is a really great building! The biggestnissue that I have with the building is that there are not many lounges or hangnout areas that are easily accessible.
Pros
The environment in the building was very positive! I feel like I made so many of my closest friends just from events within the building's community.

This dorm’s extremely convenient and comfortable for returning students. For new students it’s even better as the suite style is ideal for making friends.

Yang Hall is one of the best dorms here, especially for Freshman. They have suites so we got our own bathrooms and a living room. There lowkey isn't much in the lounge though, besides an 8 ball table and some chairs. But overall Yang is a great experience, and I've made some of my best friends here.

Yang Hall is the dorm to be at, especially as a freshman. You get a big room, a spacious living room, and your very own bathroom. Definitely recommend.
